I love your products however your service sucks don’t have a phone number to call and complain and you send items I didn’t order without my permission cancel everything until further notice very disappointed
The only complaint is the larger quantity bags have smaller gullet jerky, not in length but width. Quality of the jerky is always consistent, I’ve been buying this product for years, used to be able to get it at TJ maxx and Marshals but don’t carry it anymore. My dog loves them and they are a great chew to help teeth clean as well.
I have A subscription of the jerky but they sent sticks. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Terrible customer service and no phone number to call them
When we couldn’t find these in stock ( Amazon), we tried an “off” brand. Our dogs literally turned their noses up, and I’m pretty sure they rolled their eyes! We only choose Jack and Pup for all of their snacks/ treats now.
