Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Jack & Pup, we offer flexible purchasing options to suit your needs, including one-time purchases and subscription plans for ongoing deliveries. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations and modifications.
One-Time Purchases
- Orders for one-time purchases cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@jandcpetsupply.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
- If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return following our Return Policy.
Subscription Policy
We offer a convenient subscription service to ensure your pup never runs out of their favorite treats. Here’s how it works:
Subscription Management & Modifications
- You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Jack & Pup account.
- Subscription changes, including skipping a shipment, must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
- If your next order has already been processed, it will be shipped as scheduled, and cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime after the first billing cycle.
- If a charge has already been processed for your next scheduled order, cancellation will take effect for the following shipment.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription cycles.
Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 24 hours. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
- You can update your payment method anytime in your Jack & Pup account.
Refunds for Subscriptions
- Refunds are not available for completed subscription orders.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.
