At Jack & Pup, we stand behind the quality of our dog treats and want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@jackandpup.com to request a prepaid shipping label. We cover the cost of return shipping. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Unopened Products: Must be returned in their original, sealed packaging for a full refund.
- Opened Products: Refund eligibility for opened items is at our discretion. Partial refunds may be issued based on the condition of the returned product.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
