Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the U.S.:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
• We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at info@jackandpup.com.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
• If you believe your package was stolen, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
